Do you only supply the products listed on your website?
No, we can source most other products from our suppliers which usually takes about 1 to 2 working days.
I forgot my login password, what should I do?
On the account login page, there is a link “Forgotten Password” which you can click and a new password will be generated for you.
How do I get my VAT number on my invoice on my online order?
At the checkout under “step 5: Payment Method” there is an “Add Comments About Your Order” tab where you can supply us with your VAT number.
Do you keep stock of all the items listed on your website?
No, we don’t keep stock of all items. But Most are Readily Available
When can I expect delivery?
Once your order has been successfully processed, it should take 1 to 2 days to be shipped. Should a product be out of stock at the supplier, we will inform you – then you can decide to either wait or to be credited/refunded.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout South Africa but deliver cost may vary depending on which province.
How much does deliver cost?
In Gauteng deliver is free if you pay over R500 if not there is a fixed deliver fee of R65 for central areas and R100 for outlying areas. For all other province, there is a fixed cost of R230. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SOME BIGGER ITEMS, FOR MORE INFORMATION EMAIL email@example.com.
Which payment methods can I use?
We offer EFT, Instant EFT and Cards payments
How do I reserve stock?
Stock will only be sourced and allocated once we have received payment for the order.
What is the refund policy?
All damaged or incorrect goods will be refund within 5 days, thereafter the customer will be subject to handling feeds.
